How do I order?
Fill out the form below to indicate your interest in ordering. Orders are received on a first come, first serve basis. Cattle are processed throughout the year but if cattle are not currently available you can be placed on our waiting list for the next available slot. A 50% deposit will be required to hold your spot. When the animal is headed to the processor, we will contact you. At that time, we will send you the bill for the additional 50% along with a preference sheet for your desired cuts of meat. You will fill out the preference sheet and we will convey it to the processor. The processor will then call to inform you when the meat is available for pick up. An estimated time from when the animal is sent to the processor until your meat is ready for pickup is approximately 2-3 weeks.
We also maintain some frozen packaged Wagyu in our freezers, with the option to purchase individual cuts or larger quantities (sixteenths, eighths, quarters). Please click on the interest form link to inquire about availability and price of frozen packaged Wagyu.

*You pay us for the beef, and pay processing costs to the butcher.
